Coincidental? Perhaps

Dear Destiny,

Today has been one bizarre day. But I'm not shocked or anything, I actually feel that things are going in the right direction and I'm simply happy.

Now, let's do my recap...

I'm working with a Make Up Artist (MUA) in designing her set (core ideas are hers but translating it to the set is me) for her degree showcase. It has been a bumpy ride - first of all the initial meeting took 3 weeks, having the creative block and then finalising the material list.

1. It's 2 weeks before the showcase and I've heard nothing so I tell Mugi who suggests contact her myself to understand the situation, I refuse since it's not my degree plus I have no signal (away from home for filming) and gave up on the idea of helping her. The same day, I pick up the cast, I get a text and it's the MUA apologising for taking so long to reply back and was looking to meet up to buy materials.
2. 10 days before the showcase I've finally managed to buy the materials and get to know the MUA who was in the same class as my cousin and stayed a minute away from me for years before moving. [that counts for 2 coincidences, ok!]
3. Degree showcase is on a Friday. I don't work Fridays however I am trying to swap my Tuesday for Fridays with a colleague because it means seeing my friends. It finally got approved. However due to the showcase I asked that colleage to swap with me, however she's busy. With modelling. Fair enough, she studies Fashion Design so modelling for each other is normal. Typical!!! [not quite a concidence].
4. Turns out that colleage is modelling for a Make Up Artist for the degree showcase. So I will see her there. [that's my coincidence!!]

 I also want to note that on Sunday 21st April 2013 was a bizarre day. One of the managers said, "There's my favourite checkout staff" when he saw me. Later on, my colleague said, "You're favourite person...erm....In the whole wide world." And another colleage said, "You're my favourite minority." This is why I enjoy where I work - my colleagues are light hearted people.

Thinking about it, I'm getting scared because of Karma.
